About Halcon Peak
Halcon Peak Engineering & Safety Services is a Philippine-based firm delivering structural engineering, permit documentation, and OSHA-compliant fall protection solutions to construction projects across the country.
Our Story
Halcon Peak was founded by licensed engineers who saw a gap in the Philippine construction industry — projects were being built without proper structural oversight, permits were being filed incorrectly causing costly delays, and fall protection was treated as an afterthought rather than a fundamental requirement.
We built Halcon Peak to change that. Our name is drawn from the falcon — a symbol of precision, speed, and sharp vision — and the peak, representing the standard of excellence we hold ourselves to on every project.
Today we serve developers, contractors, and building owners across the Philippines, providing the engineering backbone and safety systems that keep projects compliant, on schedule, and above all, safe.
Our Expertise
Our licensed structural and architectural engineers design buildings that meet the National Structural Code of the Philippines (NSCP) and withstand the seismic and typhoon loads unique to the Philippine environment.
We navigate the full Philippine permit process — from LGU building permit applications to DPWH compliance and Certificate of Occupancy — so your project never stalls on paperwork.
We design and install OSHA 29 CFR 1926 Subpart M-compliant fall protection systems, aligned with DOLE D.O. No. 13, protecting workers on every elevated work surface.
Credentials & Standards
Every engineer at Halcon Peak holds a valid Professional Engineer (PE) license issued by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) of the Philippines.
