Installation
Pre-Installation

Day 1
Install support structure or verify existing structural members. Install net attachment hardware (shackles, wire rope, or net rings).
Day 1–2
Unfurl and attach net panels. Connect border ropes to support points at maximum 6-foot intervals.
Day 2
Perform drop test with 400 lb sandbag. Document test results. Inspect all connections and net fabric.
Ongoing
Remove debris daily. Inspect after any fall event. Repair or replace damaged sections before returning to service.
Maintenance
Daily
Remove debris and tools from net surface. Check for visible tears, cuts, or UV degradation.
Weekly
Inspect all border rope connections and support attachments. Check net fabric for damage exceeding 2 inches.
After Fall Event
Remove net from service immediately. Inspect entire net and all connections. Perform new drop test before returning to service.
Quarterly
